Carolyn Thomson Crabb - 1951 Alum
- Where are you currently employed? I have been retired for 10 years now. Before my retirement, I was an Elementary School
Teacher.
- What are your hobbies? I like to garden and love flowers. I also enjoy decorating my house and reading.
- How did Snow College contribute to your accomplishments? Growing up, I lived right across the road from Snow College. So naturally, I went
to Snow. Going to Snow College helped out greatly because I was able to get my first
two years of college done.
- What is your most memorable moment at Snow College? I ran for Student Body Vice President and won. There was the “blue party” and the
“gold party”. Each party campaigned and it was really fun. I had a lot of fun serving
as the VP that year. There were a lot of interesting activities. One time, the whole
school packed up lunch and went to the mountain for the fall social.
- What additional information would you like for other alumni to know about you? After retiring from teaching, I tutored reading for those who didn’t know how to read.
Right now, I work in literacy in my church ward through a book club.
