Badgers Belong

New Student Orientation is designed to help you get comfortable and confident on campus so that you are ready for your first day of classes. Orientation takes about an hour and can be found in MySnow . It will be most helpful if completed before you arrive on campus, but may be done any time between July 1st and August 26.

Friday, August 23, 2024 - Freshman Move-In Day

  • 1-5pm: Check-in/Move into your housing (on-campus housing info) Freshmen
  • 3pm: Resource Fair opens (GSC) Freshmen
  • 4pm: Parent Meeting (Huntsman Library Auditorium)
  • 5pm: Games (Practice Field) Freshmen
  • 6pm: Dinner (Practice Field) Freshmen
  • Activities in the evening

Saturday, August 24, 2024 - Freshman Orientation & Returning Student Move-In Day

  • 9am: Breakfast and Check-in (Blue Gym - HAC) Freshmen
  • 10am: Welcome Assembly (Main Gym - HAC) Freshmen
  • 10:45am: Freshman Class Photo (Football Field) Freshmen
  • 11:15am: Walk under Bell Tower to Plaza, snack, split into groups by major Freshmen
  • Noon-2:30pm: Department Meet & Greet and Lunch (Various Locations) Freshmen
  • 1-5pm:Move into your housing (on-campus housing info) Sophmore+
  • 2:30-5pm:Free time with Activities provided (Practice Field) Freshmen
  • 5-7pm: BBQ and Activities in the Evening FreshmenSophmore+
  • 7pm: Football Game vs Utah Islanders (Terry Foote Stadium) FreshmenSophmore+

Student Service Offices (Cashiers, Advising and Registration, Financial Aid and Scholarships, Wellness, ADA, Housing, Career Services, Trio, and so many more) will be open to help students get a jump start to their college experience! Stop by to take care of business before or after you move into your apartment.

Offices will be open from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM in the Greenwood Student Center (Ephraim Campus).

Back-To-school checklist

We can't wait to see you on the first day of classes on August 26st! Make sure you're ready by completing all the items on the list before coming to campus.

Set Password for MySnow & Canvas

The password must be 15 characters in length and contain a capital letter and a number or special character.

  • Go to password.snow.edu
  • Enter your User Name provided to you in your admit email or letter
  • Click Submit

Log into MySnow and Canvas

Using the newly created password, make sure you can log into MySnow and Canvas using your User Name and password.

  • MySnow is the Student Portal that allows you to access important information, accept scholarships and financial aid, register for classes, make tuition payments, and access your courses & assignments in Canvas.

New Snow College Office 365 Email

Each student is assigned an Office 365 email account. Please note that all future Snow College correspondence will be sent to this new email address. You can find more information on our IT website.

  • Access your new account at office365.com
  • Your login name is the same as your Snow College email (usually first.last@students.snow.edu)
  • Your password is the same one you use for MySnow

Housing

We invite you to explore our Residence Life website to learn more about living options on-campus at Snow College. If you are planning to visit our beautiful campus, we offer daily tours Monday - Friday at 11:30am & 3:30pm to help you gain a better feel for Residence Life.

Snow College also provides an off-campus housing list as a service to students.

Financial Aid

Millions of dollars of financial aid go unclaimed every year. See if you qualify for some of this money! Please visit the Financial Aid website for more information.

Scholarships

If you were awarded a scholarship, accept or defer it in MySnow. Contact the Scholarship office for more information.

Register for Classes

If you haven't yet registered for classes, please either fill out the registration questionnaire that was sent by email, or make an appointment with your academic advisor by visiting the Advisement website or calling 435.283.7313.

Pay Tuition & Fees

Snow College offers convenient electronic payment methods and payment plans to assist you in funding your educational experience. Please visit our Cashier website.
