               The Snow College Staff Association (SCSA) includes all part-time and full-time staff
                  at Snow College.
               
               Our Mission
               
               To create a powerful voice for the Staff at Snow College; to work to advance equality,
                  benefits, salaries, status of employees and working conditions; to facilitate communication,
                  understanding and cooperation; to promote the professional growth of its members.
               
               What We Do
               
               
                  
                  - Represent the staff to the Snow College administration
 
                  
                  - Promote open communication and collaboration between SCSA, Faculty Senate and all
                     college community members
 
                  
                  - Promote ways to improve our work environment, benefits, salaries and professional
                     status of its members
 
                  
                  - Encourage and promote professional development and training opportunities for staff
 
                  
                  - Serve the Snow college community
