1. Apply to Snow College

2. There is no online registration for this course. Students can contact the Health Professions advisor in Ephraim at 435-283-7332 or the Health Professions advisor in Richfield at 435-893-2211.

  • Adult students and high school seniors will be given registration priority.
  • High School students must be 16 years of age and a high school junior by the first day of class.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher on your high school transcripts.

3. TB: Proof of negative TB test.

5. Covid documentation.

Students are required to complete 24 hours of clinical experience. These hours are completed outside of the scheduled classroom time. Students are responsible to provide travel to and from clinical facilities.

All students must pass a background check, have a negative TB test, and provide Covid documentation to continue in the CNA program. (Covid waivers can be obtained from the instructor the first week of class if student is not vaccinated for Covid)
