Professor Rachel Keller Named 2025 Academy Fellow
Snow College is proud to announce that Dr. Rachel Keller, Professor of English and former President of the Utah Academy of Sciences, Arts, and Letters (UASAL), has been selected as the 2025 Academy Fellow by the Utah Academy Board. This distinguished honor recognizes Dr. Keller's significant contributions to Utah's academic community and her leadership within the Academy.

The Aspen Institute Names Snow College as a Top 200
The Aspen Institute named Snow College as one of the 200 institutions eligible to compete for the $1 million Aspen Prize for Community College Excellence, the nation's premier recognition of high achievement and performance among two-year colleges. The 200 colleges were selected based on their student outcomes data, including retention, completion, transfer, and bachelor's attainment rates. Started in 2010, this is the ninth cycle of the Aspen Prize. Snow College has been recognized consistently since 2017.
Groundbreaking on Innovative AG Center to be held
Snow College will host a groundbreaking ceremony for its new Innovative Agricultural Center on Wednesday, October 29, at 5:30 p.m. The celebration will include a BBQ dinner and program, followed by a Western Swing dance for Snow College students.

The Utah System of Higher Education (USHE) announced record-breaking completion rates today, with Snow College making a significant contribution to this achievement with a remarkable 17% increase in completions in 2024.
Snow College Football to Join Southwest Junior College Football Conference
Snow College announced Wednesday that the perennial power and nationally ranked football program has accepted an invitation to join the Southwest Junior College Football Conference beginning in the fall of 2026.
Alumni Legacy Awards Announced
Snow College is pleased to announce that four individuals have been selected to receive Alumni Legacy Awards at Homecoming this weekend. The honorees will be recognized at a banquet on October 10, and again during the Homecoming game on October 11.
