Students need to voluntarily disclose their need for accommodations to the Director
of Disability Services directly or can begin the process by filling out the Request for Accommodations form.
It is in the best interest of students to request accommodations early enough in the semester to allow for accommodations to be put in place.
Students need to notify the Office of Disability Services if their needs change during
the semester or between semesters.
Students need to attend classes and maintain the academic standards set by the college
and departments.
Students must abide by all policies and procedures established for Snow College Students.
Students are responsible for requesting that the Office of Disability Services send
their letter of accommodation to their faculty members each semester before accommodations can be utilized.
