Move-In Day

We are excited to have you live on-campus and are here to help answer your questions and adjust to college life. Remember, if you have questions you can always contact us by selecting the 'Contact Us' email on our website. You will be emailed your housing assignment but can always log back into your housing application to see the details.

Information for all Ephraim students

Spring 2026 Move-In Day Instructions

Move-In day will be Saturday, Jan 3, 2026 from 9am-5pm. Classes will begin on Wednesday, Jan. 7. 

Students may arrive on Jan 3 between 9:00am and 5:00pm (although we encourage you to get moved in by 4pm to have access to other campus resources). Students may also arrive between 10:00am and 8:00pm on sunday Jan. 4. Follow the steps below to make your Move-In Day experience as smooth as possible.

  1. Get registered for classes as early as possible: 
  2. Get your Badger ID card least two weeks prior to move-in Day: 
    • Your Badger ID card, once printed, will be available for you upon checking into your Residence Hall.
  3. Check the Move-In FAQs for packing lists of what to bring and what not to bring.
  4. On Move-In Day, make sure you pick up your ID card first at the Greenwood Student Center at the Registrar's Office (2nd floor, South East corner of the building).
  5. Once you have your ID card, get it activated at the Housing Office in the GSC (2nd floor by the elevator).
  6. Then head to your Residence Hall.*
    • Anderson Hall, 135 E 100 S, Ephraim, UT, 84627

    • Mary Nielson Hall, 165 E 100 N, Ephraim, UT, 84627 
    • Nuttall Hall, 75 S 100 E, Ephraim, UT, 84627 
    • Snow Hall, 171 E 100 N, Ephraim, UT, 84627 
    • Suites at Academy Square, 131 E College Avenue, Ephraim, UT, 84627 
  7. Once at your Residence Hall, wait in the lobby to be checked in by a Resident Assistant.
    • You must check-in with an RA to get your bedroom door keys
  8. After you've completed your check-in process and received your key, you are free to move-in your belongings.
  9. Other campus services and events will be available during the day until around 4pm on Saturday, be sure to explore the student center and the rest of campus!

*For students moving into Married Housing or the Tan and Red Houses, report to the Anderson Hall Lobby and a staff member will take you to your housing assignment location to check you in.
