This watercolor course will cover various techniques, from flat washes to graded washes. Participants will learn to gain control of the brushes and learn how to get the most out of them. We will also cover edge quality and how to control edges—a tricky issue in watercolor, and how to get rich darks and colorful light washes. Each day we will cover a different aspect of watercolor in the morning and apply it to a painting in the afternoon. This workshop is open to participants at any level of experience.
